How do we handle communication and task tracking?

We integrate seamlessly into your preferred system where you can actively track progress. Alternatively, we are available during our core business hours,  via phone call, email and WhatsApp. You will receive clear, concise updates that keep you informed without crowding your headspace.

What are our core business hours?

Our core buisiness hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

How does the virtual assistant matching process work?

We begin with a call to identify your specific requirements and you will need to sign our data protection form, we can then start working together.

What’s included in VA support?

You will have access to progress on all tasks and will be able to communicate any furher requirements with ease. 

Can I scale my level of support as the business grows?

Absolutely. We understand that business expansion requires more support - please contact us direct to discuss further.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We are ICO accredited and all clients are required to sign our Data Protection form during the oboarding process.
